How To Use Kanga?

Create a delivery

You create a delivery by describing your delivery details, providing a photo of the item (if available) and choosing the right size vehicle to deliver your item(s).

Name, Item Description, Delivery Date, Desired Pickup time. Be sure to be specific in your details.

The more details you provide the easier it is for drivers to determine if they can complete your delivery and the faster a driver will offer.

What will my delivery cost/quote?

In order to receive a suggested price you must first create your delivery. Once you've created your delivery Kanga will provide suggested pricing that can be adjusted to fit your needs.

Your card is not charged until your delivery is complete and marked as such by your driver.

Prices are based on distance and the vehicle needed to complete the delivery. You always have the option to adjust the suggested price to meet your needs.

How to Adjust my offer?

(app) After creating your delivery you'll be given a suggested price that can be adjusted to fit your needs.

To adjust the suggested price of your delivery click "Payment Amount" and enter your new amount, then click "Ok."

How long will it take to get an offer?

It's best to create deliveries in advance to be sure a driver will be available. The desired pickup time, price, size, and distance traveled are all factors that contribute to your wait time.

If your delivery wait time is longer than you've expected you should consider increasing the price or include additional details. No worries drivers usually hop on fair deliveries in no time.

Edit a delivery

In order to edit your delivery you must cancel and re-create your delivery.

Cancel a delivery

If you need to cancel a delivery before the driver has started, just click in your active delivery, scroll up and click "Cancel Delivery."

If you need to cancel a delivery once the driver has started, please contact your driver immediately via chat about updates.

Accepting a driver

You will receive notifications/alerts when new offers come in.

(app) To choose a specific driver just go to your active delivery and click "Offers" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

(web) To choose a specific driver just click the "All" tab at the top of the screen, click into the delivery and your offers will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.

You choose your own driver based on previous reviews and ratings or just because they hopped on your delivery first. When you've found the perfect driver just click "Accept" and your Kanga driver will be notified of their approval status.

Track my delivery

You'll receive notifications/alerts about the current status of your delivery.

"On the way to pickup, On the way to drop off, Delivered."

Once your item(s) have been delivered you'll receive an email in addition to notifications about your completed delivered.

Contact my driver

(app) Once you've approved a driver you can message them via the chat button in your active delivery.

(web) Once you've approved a driver you can message them by using the "chat with driver" box located on the right-hand side of the screen under your tracking code.

What if I don't receive an offer?

If you have been waiting for a longer period of time for an offer, you may want to increase your offer or add more details regarding your delivery.

If your delivery window for pick up has expired, you can re-create your delivery for another time or date that works for you. Remember to try increasing your offer or adding more details next time."

Referral Program

Incentivize using Kanga by sending referrals to family and friends.

(app) Just click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen and click "Invite Friend." Send your link via Facebook, Twitter, Email or copy and paste your link directly to family and friends.

When another party uses your referral code to complete a delivery you will be awarded a $10 Kanga credit towards your next delivery and your family member/friend will receive a $20 credit towards their next shipment.

Accepted Payment Methods

Kanga accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

Remember Kanga does NOT accept cash, checks or money orders as forms of payment. All credit cards are processed in the app after your delivery has been marked completed.

Claim Coupons

(app) Claim a coupon by clicking the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Claim Coupon" then click "Claim Coupon" again and enter your coupon code. Click "Redeem."

(web) Claim a coupon by clicking the drop down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen where your username and profile picture are located. Click "Claim a Coupon" and enter your coupon code. Click "Redeem."

Credits will be applied automatically.

Coupon/Account Balance

(app) Check your balance by clicking the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Claim Coupon" and your balance will appear under current credit.

(web) Your credits can be seen in the top right-hand corner of the screen where your username and profile picture are located.

Update My Payment Info

(app) Update your payment info by clicking the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen then click "Payment Info". Edit payment info as needed and click "Submit."

(web) Update your payment info by clicking the drop down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen where your username and profile picture are located. Click "Payment Info" then click "Edit". Edit payment info as needed and click "Submit."

Edit My Profile

(app) To edit your profile click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Profile" and scroll up. Click "Edit Profile" and make adjustments as needed. Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

(web) To edit your profile click the drop down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen where your username and profile picture are located. Click "Profile" and make any necessary changes. Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen.

Change My Password

(app) To change your password click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Profile" and scroll up. Click "Change Password" enter your new password and click "Confirm."

(web) To change your password click the drop down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen where your username and profile picture are located. Click "Profile" and then click "Change Password" located under your profile photo. Enter your old password and your new password then click "Change My Password."
