How To Use Kanga

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an offer before you're approved click into your offers select the delivery you want to cancel, scroll up and click "Cancel Delivery."

If you need to cancel a delivery that you've been approved to complete but haven't started, you must chat with the driver immediately to inform them of the cancellation. Once you have contacted the shipper, scroll down in the active delivery and click "Cancel Delivery."

If you've started a delivery and need to cancel due to an emergency contact the shipper immediately to inform them of the cancellation. Afterwards, contact Support@GetKanga.com to get your offer cancelled.

Can't Get in Contact with Shipper
If you cannot get in contact with a shipper via chat, contact Support@GetKanga.com for further instructions.
Emergency During Delivery

If an emergency occurs and it's life threatening please dial 911.

Be sure to contact the shipper immediately via chat with details and an updated ETA.

My Offers Are No Longer Visible
If you offer to deliver an item and realize that it is no longer visible in your offers section of the app, don't fret, this means another driver has been approved to complete the delivery.
Can I bid on deliveries?

No you cannot bid on a delivery.

If the offer isn't quite what you are expecting do not offer.

What Device can i use to access the Kanga app?
The Kanga Driver app is only available on-the-go using your cellular device (iOS and Android) or tablet/iPad.

Account

Change My Password
To change your password click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Profile" then "Change Password", enter your new password and click "Confirm."
Update My Profile Photo

To update your profile picture click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Profile" then "Edit Profile." Click "Change" where the image will be located.

You have the option to clear your profile picture, take a new photo or choose a photo from your gallery as your profile picture. Once you have chosen an option click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Edit My Profile
To edit your profile click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Click "Profile" then "Edit Profile." Make any necessary changes and click "Save" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Maintaing an active account

In order to maintain an active account with Kanga you must submit all updated documents within 7 business days of the expiration date.

You must show up and complete deliveries within the desired time frame.

Add a vehicle to my account
To add a vehicle to your account submit photos of the vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and photos of the front and rear of vehicle to Support@GetKanga.com
Update my vehicle documents
To update your vehicle documents send photos of required documents to Support@GetKanga.com

Pay

How Do i get paid?

Drivers are paid each Friday through PayPal.

Every driver must have a personal PayPal account in order to get paid. Kanga just asks for your PayPal login email in order to submit payments.

Who is responsible for tolls and parking charges?
Each driver is responsible for any tolls or parking charges.
